Refund Policy
Our goal is to make you completely satisfied. Please provide us with your valuable feedback so that we have the opportunity to offer you better service.
We will only accept returns, issue credits, or provide refunds if all of the following conditions are met:
The item must be kept in its original condition as when it was shipped.
We must receive notification of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of the delivery of the goods.
We must receive the returned item within 20 days from the date of the delivery of the goods.
The customer shall bear all the shipping and handling fees related to the goods and assume full responsibility for the safe return of the goods. As a minimum precautionary measure, we recommend careful packaging and insurance.
If the returned item does not comply with our above return and exchange policy, your order will be returned to you.
Refund Method
Before returning the item, please send an email to one@nicecic.com. After the return is approved, we will arrange for the return (if the item is defective, NICE CIC will not bear the return postage). After receiving the item, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 working days.
